Inviting Team members
Each project in Nestbox AI has its own dedicated team. You can invite collaborators to your project by sending them an email invitation, assigning them a role that controls their access permissions.
How to Invite a Team Member
1. Navigate to the Team Section
In the dashboard sidebar, open the Team tab and click Members.
2. Click "Invite a Member"
Press the Invite a Member button at the top right of the members list.
3. Fill in the Invitation Form
You will be asked to provide:
- First Name of the member
- Last Name of the member
- Email Address where the invitation will be sent
- Project (automatically selected based on your current project)
- Role to assign (e.g., Viewer, Developer, Admin, or a custom role)
4. Send the Invitation
Click Send an Invite. An email invitation will be sent to the specified email address, allowing the user to join your project.
